The room was clean and the breakfast was convenient.

The room was seemingly clean, however the towels has long hair wrapped in the fold on the shelf in the bathroom.

It definitely met our expectations of a Hampton Inn. The rooms, breakfast and parking were all pleasant.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great and staff was very helpful and accommodating! I will definitely stay there and recommend!

I really liked the breakfast options, they had a wide variety of both hot and cold options (even though the juice dispenser was broken). The hotel itself and the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was nice.

The room was pretty small and there wasn't a lot of room for my daughter's portable crib. Also, the pool heater wasn't working so it was too cold to swim.

Very comfortable place to stay. Bed was comfortable, room had a ceiling fan, and you could get room cool for a good night¿s sleep.

I CAN'T THINK OF "ANYTHING" I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT YOUR HOTEL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOUR FACILITY TO ANYONE.

Comfortable bed, shower head, large breakfast, huge rotating flat screen

The pool was the main reason we chose to stay at this hotel and it ended up being closed for maintenance.

The hotel was undergoing renovations. My room appeared to have been recently renovated. It was clean.

The breakfast was not to my expectations. I did not eat breakfast there either day. There should¿ve been more options for types of eggs to choose. Not everyone like veggies in their eggs.

Hotel was under renovation. Due to cold weather, pipes froze and burst. Fire sprinkler system was unavailable. We were forced out of my room in very cold weather for nearly an hour. Unavoidable, but also very unpleasant.

Pet friendly, but no accessible pet walking area. Few options for walking pets.

Not much to like!

Hotel is under construction. Hammer drills running. Room partially painted. Very strong paint smell. Spanish music playing. Door to room open when we arrived. Keys would not work. Only one key of the second set worked. Housekeeping Beatin the door at 8:30

Clean and comfortable bed. It is an above average 2 1/2 stars hotel.

My preference of dark coffee not available

The bathroom had a walk in shower which we love it was clean and roomy.

The bed was too hard.

Desk clerk did not wear a mask and there was no plexiglass divider. That may not matter to some people but it does to me with an at risk child in my family

Being a 2.5 stars hotel, it is kept maintained very well. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Would like to see beefing up the breakfast menu and arrangement of foods. For example, it had a good size of dining space, but small amount of or not many kinds of foods were spread out. So it did not look there was variety or much foods for breakfast

It¿s slightly upscale from average but does not need a $--- price tag

No Hot Breakfast as advertized, they were remolding. I picked the hotel so wouldn't have to eat breakfast out. The cold breakfast was not what I expect when paying for a better hotel. The furniture in room was so worn, chipped on corners

One of the staff.....was great. The rest were class snobs and only treated those who looked like they had money well. No kidding. That stuff still goes on.

Was there during the winter storm of Feb. Several inches of snow fell and the parking lot wasn't cleared in two days. I couldn't get out the first day, and it took some shoveling and spinning to get out the second day. Holiday Inn's lot was cleared.

Always clean and the bed, linens and pillows are very comfortable.

We are tired of all the “changes” BECAUSE of the reason of Covid 19! Make changes because of improvement to the guest experience, etc. We’ve had contagious diseases forever in history. This one is no different, period. Rooms s/b cleaned daily!!!
