Pros +

The home away from home fell, easy access, decor and the friendliness of neighbors. The area is under construction and road to property an alley right now but it caused me no issues.

Cons -

The toilet paper roller. paper kept falling on floor and a little far away from stool. An additional small table for make up bag next to sink would be great, especially if girls trip.
