Overall appearance and cleanliness.

Finding the driveway to the hotel. The door for room 409 needs to rehung or the hinges tightened. You have to lift up on the door to shut it without using your bodyweight to close it

Everything. The room was completely disgusting. Toilet was broken. Microwave has burnt marks and the front class was caked with old food. Refrigerator was completely rusted on the outside. The dresser had 2 missing drawers. The bleach smelled was strong.

The staff. The ladies at the front desk. I’m so bad with names. The 3 I felt with were amazing. It’s people like them that make it to where this is the ONLY place I’ll stay when in Bentonville. Thank you ladies.

Leaving

dirty bathroom, bed was wore out, tv didnt work, and the noise was keeping me awake

Marijuana smells in hallway,non smoking rm smelled smky Garbage was piled high at all the outside doors, People were sitting on the floor in the hallways, Doors to building were not secure, Door to room didn?t close, no locks on window

The people there where impatient no one cares about rules, there where pets. Elevator smelled like weed bad experience being in the area. Hotel room was nice!

TV didnt work. Noisy. No coffee as advertised Staff said they would help with TV but didn¿t show up

There was no one on the front desk except a guy asking if he can borrow my cell to call someone will he was touching himself. Loud music in the parking lot I was not able to det a room because I arrived late and still got charged for the room

Dog Shelter next door. Moth holes in curtain. No screens on windows which allowed too many flies in. Paint peeling around windows. Room was damp and musty smelling. Fridge door was covered with rust. No soap or dryer sheets available to buy in the laundry

This hotel should not be on your site. The whole place reeks of cigarettes, every 3rd or 4th car had smashed windows or flat tires. The police were there on 2 occasions that we saw. People are living there and have loud music and beer cans all over.

I have to give my appreciation for the privacy I was given, as only twice in 15 days did anyone knock at my door for housekeeping. One person who was great that deserves props is Heather.she was super sweet and helpful, always gave tp trash bags & towels

When my laundry, bag & basket, & cart disappeared I was chastised by the maintenance man that I was not allowed to have them in the laundry room. Also the heat/ac cleaners came in and saidthat they would tarp my belongings before they worked, but didn¿t

Some front desk person/s aren't very knowledgeable and understanding of what to do.

I booked a non smoking room but when I arrived at the hotel I was told they hadn¿t had any availability on non smoking rooms for weeks. The room smelled of smoke and so did all of my belongings after staying there.

The location was off the beaten path and not I. The best area.

Cleanliness for sure. The staff was very nice as well! And it was a great price.
