Pros +
- Good location- we were in town for a softball game at Lyon College and the property was less than 2 miles from the field.
- The location, the beds were comfortable.
- Man at front desk very nice offered to let us switch rooms, and when needed cups and spoons very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons -
- There were roaches in the bathroom. There was no bathroom door. We did not get breakfast because they ran out of food and didn't have any more to put out. It was almost 8:30am and they had no food to give us. We had to go buy breakfast.
- The room smelled strongly of stale smoke even though we had a non-smoking room.
- The door to the room was damaged. The side door was not well secured. We saw roaches in our room. And the floors were sticky.. the bathroom light was broken. It could not be turned out.My reservation was for 3 adults and 2 queens. We only had 2 towels in our room. When I asked for one more i was told by the night staff they didn't have any available.

Nothing but waffles for breakfast, the syrup container was broken. And women at front desk was rude to house keeping person. Our door was hard to open and the tv didn't shut off.
