Great location, good breakfast and clean rooms

Sheets had a hole in them. The toilet seat was loose and nearly holding on. The whole toilet rocked when you sat on it. Walls were very thin. You could hear TVs and footsteps everywhere.

Proximity to our event. The breakfast food was good, and the lobby was attractive.

The room had a bad smell. Also, Our room was nonsmoking, but smoke came in through the bathroom. There was a limited amount of hot water. It was not decorated as nicely as a 2.5 star hotel usually is.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in on my roadtrips down to Houston. Their breakfast is amazing. The rooms are almost always perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We will always come here whenever possible.

There was an issue with our first room at my last visit, but after notifying the staff, they confirmed the issues and switched us next-door immediately. Super convenient and WAY better. We were right back the excellent quality I expect when I stay there.

This hotel had all the basics that we needed. It was conveniently located, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Close to Interstate the room was very noisy

AC was very noisy and so was the room-poor insulation.

No elevator

The bed was great

A/C quit had to change rooms and the new a/c I had to keep getting up and changing the settings because it would get too hot or too cold

They gave us a room with a King bed which made it much better. It was roomy, comfortable, and had all we needed for an overnight stay. We had a little trouble figuring out the key as it was a little different than usual but once we got it, it worked fine.

We did have one problem. We had difficulty turning off the hot water in the shower/tub. I think you need to turn and pull at the same time, not quite like what I was used to. Yet, the experience was good. I'd stay there again as it was good for the price.

The room was clean.

The people in the rooms next to and above us were extremely rude and inconsiderate. They talked loudly, banged doors, and made it impossible to sleep until well after midnight, waking us up again by 6:00 a.m.

This was my greatest ever hotel experience! The receptionist was a proficient professional in all tasks, approachable and caring. Breakfast was a real breakfast! Everything was hot, clean, delicious. Room was clean. Will return here for next visit.

The staff was great and the facility was clean.

The hotel did not meet expectations of a 2.5 star hotel. The rooms opened to the outside, which is 1 or 2 star at best. The rooms are very out of date. This is a old school motel in a mediocre part of town.

Clean room. Breakfast was good.

I do not like for hotel doors to open to the parking lot. Had a flickering light switch that kept our 1yo up.

Would have been n8cevto have some cold drinking water in refrigerator and a container to put ice in. Stopper in bath tub difficult to operate or did not function properly

We have stayed there before when traveling between Austin and Nashville. It's the half-way point during our travel. It's just off IH30. It's an older property; I think it has been owned by a number of different hotel chains over the years.

The carpet was a somewhat worn in a few places. Pillows were good, mattress was so so.
