Overall everything was great. Good price, nice hotel, everyone very helpful, employees great.

Staff and breakfast.

It had only one chair in a king size room. Two people with only one chair is unacceptable.

The only thing I did like about it is that they did give us a room on the first floor

Yes, that the breakfast was not what it said it was going to be, the fire pits outside by the pool would not stay lit we would of liked to sat and dried off by the the fire place after getting out of the cold cold pool that had to much chlorine in it.

We like the cleanliness of the room and the size of it we got a king room and it was nice.

I wish they would have had lotion in the bathrooms and it seemed like we were short on towels for the floor. But that me really trying to nit pick. We were otherwise happy with our stay.

Very friendly staff on all shifts and the location of my room..first one from the entrance.

The doors to the rooms closed very hard and loud. The pool was nice, but on the small side and water was a bit warm..probably because of the sun, it was in the upper 90's.

The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the room. And the staff were truly exceptional.

The beds were a little hard.

The gym was great. The machine?s actually worked (unlike a lot of hotel gyms) they had free weights and it was in the back of the hotel, so it was more private.

Super clean, extremely friendly staff and the breakfast was really good! The price is absolutely worth what you get and I specifically loved the bathrooms and the rooms get cold if you need it.

The GM found someone to retrieve my deceased sisters ring from the drain. Very grateful for the kindness and service on Xmas AM. We travel through Arkadelphia often, and this hotel is our favorite! The breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and great breakfast! We've never stayed at a Fairfield Inn, and this one was great! We will stay at this location again.

Great staff and breakfast. Room was fine, just had a kind of musty smell but everything was clean and in great condition.

The water in the shower was so cold for so long that i was cold. And the blanket was very thin. I was so cold that I was trembling and could not sleep. I had to turn on the heater and it got better. Overall I believe \blankets should be thicker on cold
