- The staff was wonderful
- Staff was friendly.
- Hotel was close to the interstate and other attractions.
Cons -
- My room was not cleaned. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the linens had not been changed. There was hair on the linens. We slept on top of the bed. Disappointing with what we had to pay for game day weekend.
- I saw one cockroach on the wall in the bathroom. I washed it down the drain and didn¿t see another. I am sure it was a cockroach.
- Everyone who took a shower had a loud whining sound from the pipes for about 5 minutes and it was loud. That sound came from all of the rooms around us and our room. The room smelled very faintly of urine or ammonia. The hotel lobby smelled like pot.
