Cons -

Room was not clean (stains on toilet, stains on sheets), had roaches and lacked the most basic commodities such as soap and toilet paper. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and creaky. Smoke detector was ripped out of the wall with exposed wires.
Shady, people hanging out on steps and around the cars, smoked in rooms, no table to work off of, 1 video chair, old room with splashes of new, I would rate this hotel 1.5
