Pros +
- Location. That's it.
- Nothing about my stay was enjoyable
- Friendly staff. Clean.
Cons -
- Room smelled like a wet dog. Not at all pleasant!Parking lot flooded due to depressed areas. Got feet soaked just walking to the car. Will not book there again! Completed a survey to the hotel. Their response was "Sorry, and thanks for letting us know."Comfort Inn is off my list!
- I traveled here for a funeral of a family member. From the time of pulling in the parking lot and trucks and trailers filled the parking lot taking up 5-10 spaces each some double parking in two spaces to the point we could barely park was bad because we had to tote our luggage from the back side of the building. There was trash just outside the door on the ground our entire stay. To the point of check in the night attendant working on October 10th did not greet us in a friendly way seemed very annoyed we had showed up so late and then told us now that we had checked in “she could go take a nap”. We kind of let that go so getting into the elevator you could see the greasy nasty fingerprints all over the walls even over head high and it reeks of a foul smell. We get off of the elevator and make our way to our room where the paint is faded off the door and just old looking walking in I was blown away at the way the room looked versus the pictures I seen on this place before we booked it. I was expecting smooth neutral colored walls and got dingy smoked up yellow looking walls with a nasty looking sectional that looked like it had been in a frat house was in there. Couldn’t even sit down and enjoy that! Went to the bathroom to see that room service had not cleaned the bathroom well at all you could see brown piss on the wall and you could see other areas in the bathroom that was not cleaned looking above the shower you could see some half way patch with non painted spackle or something to try to hide some repair I’m not sure but looked very shotty…. The room stank of an overpowering air freshener in the vent that made me almost have an allergy attack. We tried to attend the breakfast the eggs were NOT real eggs everything was microwaved and it was overall just nasty I tried one of everything hoping I would get something I could stand to eat and instead I had to go to Cracker Barrel next door to get something that didn’t taste microwaved or stale the oj was even soured.
- Bathroom needed a remodel. Breakfast area was also cramped.
