Best Western Plus Russellville Hotel and Suites

Woman at the desk was very rude. There?s a $150 damage fee on top of what you pay to stay. I was never told about the fee. Our first room had stains all over the couch so we switched rooms and the 2nd rooms a/c unit did not work so it was hot in the room

I found this gem as I traveled through Alabama, it has the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at in 50 years! Employees are exceptional and go above and beyond to create a 5 star experience! Breakfast was the best ever. The coffee choices were amazing

Location was perfect for the activities we came for.

The room wasn't clean. Dust everywhere. Windows & carpet were dirty. However, it was the best choice in the city.

Didn't meet the standards of a Best Western. Pool was dirty. Older kids allowed to push younger ones out. Food was OK.

The website said it was dog friendly. I had a puppy delivered they would not allow. However, the employees were smoking right outside the front door, which effects someone, such as myself, who has allergies could become ill. Did not wash hands afterward

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful; room was clean and well-furnished. The bathroom was clean, but slightly dated looking (ceiling was weird tiles). Free wifi and breakfast. Overall, the room was nice and a great bargain- would stay there again!
