Rodeway Inn Phenix City - Columbus

It was quite. Bed was comfortable. Large TV. Location was perfect for what we were in town for.

Breakfast was not good.

Everything was great! The staff,cleanliness and price were beyond our expectations!! We will stay here again while in town for another race at East alabama Speedway.

The ONLY confusing thing was trying to get to the hotel. We missed the side riad the hotel is on and we had to drive to Georgia and turn around(we still have a good laugh about).

The hotel staff are great and despite being an older property, the rooms were nicely updated and everything was clean and well cared for. It's easily comparable to higher rated hotels, if not better than many 2/3 stars where I've stayed.

I knew it wasn't a 4 star hotel, so my expectations were inline with my experience, which was very pleasant for my 4 day stay.

I liked the most the staff, the room and the cleanliness. Good beds!!

They are remodeling the building so until they get everything done you¿ll see remodeling stuff around. But everything were very nice and clean.

The new owners are in the process of renovating the hotel, therefore the rooms are new and spotlessly clean. Also, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.

Not really a dislike but the hotel is obviously in the midst of renovation so there is a lot of construction/updating going on. That said, none of it truly impacted our stay.

Didn't think much of the place when we first drove up, but the staff was friendly and the room was clean. Great place for the price.

The inside was very nice!

It’s very noisy, couldn’t not rest comfortably because of the noise! People standing in front of my door and window made me very uncomfortable. Ice machine in front of building don’t work.

It was unclear that the hotel used Columbus GA time zone. The hotel alarm clock was set via Phoenix City -CST time zone.

The staff was very rude with my mother. They did not have clear signs stating there were mandatory cleaning check ins every 3 days and were rude when explaining why they wouldn’t extend the reservation

I have never been disappointed. Staff is very friendly , location is perfect and clean. Been coming for 5 years now.

Location and security.

The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Poor cleanliness.

I did not stay there it smelled so bad that I took the keys back to the office and went to another hotel .

Spacious room with nice size bathroom. The facility was very clean and a quiet location.

The bed was a bit hard for me.

The pillows and sheets and towels need to be updated sheets are worn-out towels to thin pillows to flat had to put 3 together to sleep comfortably

The room was updated and clean with working wifi and plenty of outlets for charging devices. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful.

My room only had decaf coffee in it. The breakfast options were very limited with tiny styrofoam coffee cups. The outside of the hotel was dated compared to the inside. Doors only had a single locking mechanism and opened to the outdoors, which felt less secure.
