It smelled awful. The room was barely clean. There were bugs in the bathroom, stains everywhere (lamp shade, shower curtain, window curtains).

Affable, clean, good location. Mattress was good.

Breakfast can be better.

The bed was comfortable & the staff was friendly. The breakfast bar was very good & included hot & cold options, including: yogurt, milk, cereal, orange & apple juice, bagels, hot pancakes, grits, oatmeal, coffee, oranges, & muffins.

The shower curtain was moldy & the comforter had a stain on it. The bathroom door needed another coat of paint (missed when remodeling?), and the peep hole was covered up when we arrived. More staff needed? Same person was at desk & refilling breakfast.

The whole night we heard slamming doors and We werent told at check in there wasnt actually any breakfast. There were a few packaged muffins and oatmeal packets. Pretty disappointed since the full breakfast was one of the reasons we selected the hotel.

Room smelled like roach spray and I killed 2 in two days.

Hallways AND room had a persistent odor; musty, damp, dank, dark, and the "free breakfast" was a joke. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

The hotel was quiet.

They did not have a hot breakfast as advertised, but I understand due to COVID. The sack breakfast was fine. I didn't like the location next to a truck stop.

Great value for the money. extremely helpful and professional staff considering the covid crisis. I had not stayed in this property for over two years and the evening manager immediately recognized me and remembered my name. BRAVO to the entire staff.

Room smelled like smoke and I am a non smoker and so was the room .

The price was best for a quick overnight stay.

I saw a roach crawling on the wall and decided to leave a little earlier than planned.The room had a shut in smell so some airfreshner every couple of days would help out.

It is poorly insulated, you can hear every movement in the hotel and the highway is extremely loud. The front staff was nice but the room could’ve been quite a bit better.

Room amenities for the price paid were as you would wish. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, microwave and refrigerator included.

Beds were a bit too high off the floor for us and we are all over 5 foot 8 inches. Shorter height customers have to jump up to get on them. The mattresses were a bit soft for our liking and so were the pillows, so if you appreciate these you will love it!

Good costumer service, continental breakfast very poor and some roachs in the bedroom.

what I booked was not what I got. I booked a queen two beds non smoking and I received a smoking one king. the room was very stinky and the bed had hair on the pillows, blanket and in-between. the carpet felt sticky and the washcloths were hairy as well.

The 1 staff member we dealt with the whole time was so friendly and went out of her way to help us however she could.

The floor was sticky when we checked in but when notified it was taken care of within 5 minutes. The breakfast was not so great but didn't expect much in that aspect.

Pet policy

Price was misquoted to me on the phone and they didn't make it right in person. The place had broken glass, and porn out behind the hotel and they never cleaned the area. The employees were ok, but no one genuinely cared about customer satisfaction.
