Moldy, shower didn’t drain. Location is loud due to restaurant and gas station too close to rooms. Room was poorly maintained

There was a dead roach close to the coffee pot on the sink counter.

2 rooms, 4 beds, bed bugs visible in 3 beds. We left soon after check-in, I have yet to be reimbursed.

The fan fell, sink no attached to counter, ac fan did not run when put on higher low, just kicked on and off...

The rooms were cleaned and check in clerk was nice.

On the website it showed hot breakfast but when got up the next morning, it was a continental breakfast.

Staff were nice. Rooms were clean. Bed & Pillows were soft & comfy. High Bed.

The person who does breakfast called off Christmas morning so we were without breakfast & coffee. The ?complimentary? breakfast was the reason we chose this location.

No help for me I needed a handicap room which was available but since I bought on line they said sorry. BAD POLICY HAD T CLIMB 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS?

It was a very old building, rooms were probably as nice as possible. But I didn?t feel clean. Location and patrons also made me feel uneasy.

The room was clean, the blankets were great. Not bad breakfast.

It will be awesome if they have a guest laundry

Saw a roach as soon as we walked in , fridge didn?t work, laminate floor tile was coming up in multiple spots

Found bedbugs at 1130pm at night. Could not be moved until the next day because the hotel was full. I was then put into a room with no microwave. I had to carry all my stuff down stairs because there's no elevator. Very poor experience. Will not be back.

It was located near very many restaurants. The room was very spacious.

The bathroom floor looked very dirty,especially in the corners. Some furnishings are showing a lot of wear and tear and need to be replaced.

Did not honor my request (3 weeks in advance) for a 1st floor room, TV did not work and was not fixed until 2nd night and room floor absolutely filthy!

Comfy bed & pillows, Room was well designed, no carpet on the floors was a plus, GREAT breakfast!

No elevator. Carrying multiple bags up stairs can be difficult.

Price and location

I had to change rooms twice. The first one was designated as non-smoking but a previous guest had clearly smoked in room. The second room was loud with adjacent guests talking loudly. The man at reception desk was incredibly accommodating.

Located near Oak Mountain.

Water was turned off at 8:30 am. No warning. Also, there was a water leak beneath the floor boards in the bathroom. Musty smell in the room. Otherwise, the room was good. Bedding was good.

Surprisingly very nice & clean! Hardwood floors instead of carpet. Beds so comfortable & staff very friendly. Pool was clean & well kept. Private ground floor entrance. Didn¿t eat breakfast. It¿s off the beaten path but worth saving $ highly recommend
