I love the brand, the modern look, it was very clean and every staff member make sure they spoke to us in the short time we were there. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, but hotel employee, was exceptionally professional, friendly and all smiles

Double charged for my room. Have called 4 times and yet to receive a call back from the manager as promised.

Booked it based on your reviews, said it had comfortable beds. The first bed had a big blood stain, they moved me to a smaller room with a smaller bed that was as hard as the floor, the next move the bed springs were broke

MY ROOM WASN'T JUST CLEAN, IT WAS SPOTLESS. I DON'T SEE THAT VERY OFTEN AND I TRAVEL A LOT. LEFT A GOOD TIP FOR THE HOUSEKEEPER.

The hotel was clean, modern, and quiet. We arrived late and slept in. So glad there were no glitches, and glad to have an 11:00 checkout. Beds were comfortable.

The only minor shortfall was that there were only 2 wash cloths for the four of us, but it turned out not to really matter since two people were fine without one.

Very friendly employees, good location (close to many restaurants), clean rooms, and a very nice breakfast.

The staff is nice

One elevator has been broken from my last business trip here over six months ago! The hot ¿breakfast¿ is TERRIBLE just drink the coffee.

Not a single thing was pleasing about this place. It was musty and had to try 3 rooms before one was livable.

First room had stuff in the tub. Crap/dirt I don¿t know. Second room was so musty and smelly, you could feel the moisture on your skin. Room 109 and 112. The cost for this hotel is totally over priced. It¿s a dive at most.

It was convenient and looked relatively clean - shower was nice Since your app won’t allow me to finish what I did NOT like- I will add it here : I called and requested a gr floor room prior to arrival- that request was ignored!

Soap, shampoo and body wash were all disgusting -get some quality toiletries or don’t offer any at all.... Pillows were horrible- I have had more comfortable pillows from the back of a couch- invest in some real bed pillows ....

It was okay.the hotel charged our card for a $70 hold which then turned into a $65 transaction we called the hotel they said they would take care of it because it was a mistake

The bed was not clean. Unfortunately I was so tired I did not notice a huge yellow stain on the comforter until the next morning when I was remaking the bed. I stopped what I was doing and just checked out a day early

Comfortable bed, great breakfast, great location.

COLD indoor pool, COLD hot tub, heat will not cut off in the room. Thermostat is just for looks.

I just became a Fairfield Inn guest. I was converted that quick because of the staff, the room and the breakfast. Great Hotel / Awesome Price

The most disturbing thing about the trip was the uncomfortable bed that sunk in with unevenness on the top which did not provide needed rest.
