Hampton Inn Ozark

The person, who took care of the breakfast buffet was excellent!! He was quick to replace whatever was needed and very good at keeping the area clean. He was warm and friendly.

The Hotel was very nice. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and I would stay here again. I left before the breakfast bar was open so I cannot comment on the breakfast.

The kids loved the pool! Very clean, nice staff, and a great breakfast! Good coffee too¿¿

Floors in rooms are tacky when walking barefoot. Air conditioner made loud noises during the night. The shower area let water get all over the bathroom floor.

Toilet in 306 rocked badly on its base and had an ungodly amount of caulk around the bottom to compensate for someone not knowing how to set a toilet on a wax ring, using your own weight to settle and evenly distribute the seal until you can bolt it down.

Breakfast was good. Good election of items kept stocked.

Room needed updating. Furniture pretty roughed up. The one chair was badly stained. Multiple scrapes on the wall from furniture rubbing. Exterior door marred. Bathroom door starting to warp at bottom. Rather large chip on bathtub edge exposing tub base.

The Location.

Furniture and carpet needs a deep cleaning or replacing. There was a lizard in my room.

Location was good, grounds were good, appearance was good as well.

The staff was NOT FRIENDLY and made me feel as though she was doing me a huge favor by allowing us to stay at the property.

It was very conveniently located and the hot breakfast every morning offered a nice variety. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

It was my fault for not reading the fine print but this IS a smoking property. Also the battery in the door lock died and had to be replaced but then the keys we had didn't work and had to run down to the Front Desk again at 12am to have them rekeyed.

The employees were very nice. The breakfast was very good.

There was no TV guide for the channels and the TV reception was not the best. There were pixels on the screen on many channels and the sound would cut in and out.

very little insulation between rooms, can hear other guests in other rooms & down the halls. not a good variety of channels on the TV and NO TV guide in room nor on television stations

The front desk individuals I encountered were very friendly and helpful with directions. This hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. I had a great night sleep and breakfast was good also .

The price

It was clean and it was close to most of the activities I had while visiting the area.
