Cons -
- The elevator was out and we were given a room on the third floor. The air conditioner in the room did not work. We were given another room. The key card didn’t work. After three trips up and down stairs, we left. We were denied a refund.
- The staff are very rude over the phone and in person. The check in was the most confusing and difficult check in I have been a part of. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this property because of the encounter with the gentleman at the front desk.
- There were spiders and roaches in our room.
