Great staff checking in, hotel room was clean, breakfast was great and those working breakfast checked in to see if we needed anything. 100% will be staying here again when we come back to Alabama.

Close to airport with airport shuttle. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They allowed us to have an early check-in. Staff went above and beyond to help us.

Disgusting

This place was filthy. There was a dead roach by our bed and the floor had not been vacuumed as there was candy from previous guests. Also, when we went down to breakfast, there were live roaches on the children's high chairs.

The lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was ok, could be a little better but great for getting us started in the morning.

The pillows! Horrible! I woke with a kink in my neck. My business partner, in another room, shared the same opinion and also woke with a sore neck.

The hotel was in a quite forested area of the city. Great spot. The lobby and main floor of the hotel looked like it had been recently renovated. Looked very modern and clean.

The fourth floor looked a little dated. Our room was spacious, but was not kept in the best shape. I think they gave me a room with disability access. Room doors and walls had a lot of scuff marks. Tv remote didn¿t have a guide button on it.

I did not like that breakfast was placed in a paper bag as opposed to the continental breafast, but I do understand we are in a pandemic.

The hotel is in a familiar area.

No internet until 6 am. This was important because I teach in higher ed online. Food was found in the fridge. This draws concern about room sanitation. Was told that the King bed was not a available - front desk said didn’t know why. One other.

Hard facial tissue, hard toilet paper, no microwave, no mini fridge, no hot tub, minimal gym equipment, had to put my two tiny garbage cans outside the room so as not to attract bugs and even though the housekeeper cart was a few doors down she left them

Friendly staff and very clean

Breakfast was good but need at least two waffle makers. Waffles were probably the main breakfast item and everyone was having to wait to make them. When a mother with children needs to make more than 2 it can take a while.

Comfortable beds and our room was clean. Hot breakfast was good also.
