Two different entry and exit doors that require to enter the hotel buy using a security card did not close all the way so anyone could enter the building.

The staff who handled check-in was the worst staff I ever met. She ignored me from the beginning and it took forever to check in. She was impolite and very nasty.

The attitude of the staff. They were friendly and polite.

My bed was nasty and not changed. I slept in it the intial night without realizing it due to exhaustion. The following day I requested it and it still was made up and not changed. I finally changed it myself.

Location is very convenient and rooms are perfect for road trips. Just enough space to not feel like you are cramped but loads of functionality and thought put in to every surface and item.

The intersection nearby is terribly marked, especially for people not from the area. A bit of signage would be helpful for road-weary travelers.

Front Desk clerks were outstanding, they made sure everything was ok. The night auditor went out her way to make us feel like home. We love the pool table and playing cards. We didn¿t get up to the room until 12:45 am. Great place to stay¿¿

The room floors are tile and always dirty. If you wear socks, the bottoms are black in minutes. This isn¿t cool when you have a toddler crawling around. This is my second stay at this location and second time I¿ve mentioned this. Needs mopped

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were professional and courteous. The hotel was clean and the breakfast area was well maintained.

I liked that the rooms were clean and that there was an excellent selection for the continental breakfast. Seating options of inside or outside. Decent selection for items to purchase. Local places to go were also provided by elevators.

Mix up in rooms during check-in meant we did not get what we reserved. No microwaves in room as was advertised on website. Micro-fridges in room barely kept cold- the one in our room didn't work. No on-site laundry.

Just walking in to the smell of freshly brewed LaVazza coffee made our arrival special. Our room was spotless and staff was wonderful. Breakfast buffet had all you could ever want. Comfortable king bed with luxury pillows made for a restful night¿s sleep

I liked the handicapped accessible room and bathroom. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean from the parking lot to the entire hotel.

Yes, When the septic tank is flushed the smell comes through the vents and the whole hotel smells like raw sewage. They really need to fix that because that can truly run good customers off. The smell should not be coming through the ventilation system .

It was a relatively new spot and still in good shape. Employees were nice and helpful and the breakfast bar was well done

The room was pretty clean but the I spilled some water on the bathroom tile and when I went to wipe it up, my cloth was black. It would nice if the floors were mopped after use especially for the folks with toddlers crawling around on them

Given the pandemic, the hotel was very clean.

confused about room cleaning. Our room was not cleaned on Fri / Sat. I had to request new towels on Fri morning - did not receive until I called for them later that evening. Sheets were soiled. Housekeeping entered room & placed on bed rather than make.

Modern look. Bright and thoughtful design.

Didn't like the shampoo/soap/lotion bottles. Have to squeeze pretty hard to get any product.
