The clean room I was moved to after the first room was filthy

Staff was nice but not well trained. New rules seem to make guest part of the housekeeping crew being that you do everything but make the bed before you leave or you don't get your 100 dollar deposit back. And breakfast is nothing like it use to be.

Leaving

The room stunk of cigar smoke and the staff didn't seem to care. She told us it was the only room and couldn't change it. So we left very early in the morning because we couldn't sleep. Our belongings smelled of smoke for a long time afterward

It was nice and quiet. The staff was always friendly and my room was great. I had never heard of the hotel before this stay. I came to town for work and this hotel was listed as a preferred hotel for my company. Top tier service my entire stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The breakfast was different every day of my stay (6 days). The accommodations helped make me more comfortable. We were able to check out spices and tools to grill steaks by the pool.

Breakfast

No soap No housekeepers to clean room available No clean sheets or towels. We had to go ask for them. Pool was dirty

Clean and friendly staff. The bathroom handicapped set up was really good. My husband is handicapped and wasn¿t with me. Will look for this brand again.

The kitchen need a little help. The stove oven rack didn¿t fit and the dishwasher needed to be screwed in. The kitchen was set up for wheelchair height.

Good wifi. Nice room setup and amenities. An oven even. Better quality bath essentials. Hot breakfast plus cereal, bakery selections, milk, juices and fruit. Breakfast coffee is much better than the coffee pods in the room. Pleasant staff.

No housekeeping. And asking the day before does not guarantee you will get it. Someone (likely another guest) twisted my side mirror and scratched my car in the parking lot by the front door.

Everything. No parking, dirty, smelly rooms. Mattresses on the beds were so old that you could feel the bottom. Horrible experience. Poor excuse for a Marriott property. NEVER AGAIN!

Kitchen was dirty, crumbs on the counters, coffee still in the pot and old trash in the trash can. Room was very humid, could not get comfortable to sleep, mattresses horrible.

Sheets did not fit the bed the only resolution was offered by desk clerk to come in the freezing cold to another building Co get an extra blanket to sleep on. The mattress under the sheet which kept getting exposed was horribly stained. I have pics.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was an excessive amount of roach poop in the kitchen drawers and there was hair in the shower before it was ever used.

The girl at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

The A/C in my room was very loud. I'm not sure if it was about to break or just noisy. Other than that, no complaints.

Toe nails on bathroom floor. Near zero water pressure in sink. Room had the smell of smoke.
