Staff was friendly

I’m not sure why this hotel has such high ratings. We stopped here while driving through and chose it because of the reviews. It’s dirty and smells awful. Had to change rooms at 3am due to awful smell.

Slight rust and few of the details in bathroom not cleaned in detail but was still clean overall.

It was clean. It was at a nice distance from the highway. However, on secondary assessment, I presume the police presence may be related to the location.

Yes. I have contacted the police department and the general manager regarding these serious concerns.

The cleanliness, the room was clean and pretty big. There's a good size refrigerator/kitchenette. Free breakfast,wifi and parking.

Only one television in the room. My kids fought over the television.

The breakfast could be better. We bought some breakfast stuff and used the stuff in the room to heat it up and refrigerator to keep things cold.

Easter is coming 'n the entry was decorated...absoFRIGGINlutely GORGEOUS. The hotel SO CLEAN until it had a sparkle ¿¿ 'n it smelled nice...not like laundry, but CLEAN, inviting.

Stayed for 4 days and the room was never cleaned by stuff. By the 3rd day I had to go to front desk and ask for needed items! Sheets were smelly when we arrived and water pressure in the shower was minimal!

My family¿s recent experience with HOME2 Hilton hotel was horrible. The hotel room had rusted lamps, tub stopper rusted not properly attached in the tub & chairs/rug stains. The main issue was the a/c wasn¿t working and room smelled moldy.

I know this hotel is PET FRIENDLY,BUT you can SMELL DOGS in the hallway. A suggestion- if you are being PET FRIENDLY, let go of the carpet because I know the carpet is not being SHAMPOOED. Also some of the bed covers were yellow & fixtures are RUST

Due to network issues that I have to wait in lobby until 12 am I arrived at 10 pm once I got checked in my room door was not closing and I have to wait until some one came and they changed room it was 2 am mid night and No apologize no latecheck allow,

I really enjoyed staying here, it was home away from home.The front desk clerk was so friendly and had such a beautiful smile. The room was very clean and cozy. I come here often.Breakfast is great. Morning crew are so cheerful and friendly.

Clean, spacious, lots of amenities in room and lots of storage, many breakfast options to satisfy the whole family, friendly staff. Stayed at multiple hotels on our trip and this one was our favorite.

Key card reader failed while we were there but staff was helpful and replaced the battery relatively quickly. Everything else about the stay was perfect.
