Room smelled like dog and AC was garbage. Pool area & pool was small & pool was disgusting

Plenty of room. Kitchen available. Traveling with grandkids.

Nice location with nice public amenities. Breakfast was better than average. Several restaurant options close by within walking distance.

Room 206 had extra noise as drain pipes from floors above went thru the walls. I could not get the fan to stay on to drown out the noise. Although the hotel is pretty new, the bathroom showed some aging.

The location; the stores were close by. The pool was open and the fitness area. Kudos to the staff. Most hotels or propertys are still closed.

When I checked in and gave the credentials needed. I wanted a receipt of the charges added to my account. Thje front desk peersonel advised I had to wait till check out. I didnt pay at checkout. My reciept should be given without having to ask,

The location, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast met our needs.

The location is the only thing that was likable about the hotel.

Upon arriving there was numerous people outside fighting with multiple police which delayed the time for me to check in. The room was filthy. Blind shade tore up and smelled. Tub was also dirty! Dead spiders were on the bathroom counter in the bathroom.

Appeared brand new. Great location with shopping, food, etc. within walking distance. Room was huge with nice decor.

The receptionist took a personal call when I was checking in, a bit unprofessional. I wouldn't hold that against the hotel nor would it ever make me not want to stay there again.

Soon as i walked into my room i saw roaches the smell was horrible like it hasn’t been cleaned wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

The room was not the cleanest.. bathroom vent was dirty and not working. The kitchen did not have all the flatware and dishes. We noticed a big stain on the carpet and the lamps were dusty

Nice breakfast and very nice staff that support us.Very nice pool and close to shopping places.Nice room, clean and neat.The fitness center was alright have clean towel and laundry machine.

Prolly more machine on the fitness center, their are very few workout machine(Prolly 3-4), but overall very clean and neat.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff, clean fresh smelling hotel. Large rooms.

Breakfast could’ve been hotter and good was slow coming out of the kitchen. More staff should be scheduled.
