Mobile Marriott

It was nice. It was an updated Marriott. The staff at the desk were nice and helpful. Good pricing for this room. Beds were comfortable and shower was good.

The housekeeping was reqoto bring another towel several times but didn’t. The front staff brought us one. The housekeeping left a dirty towel under the sink. There was not a pool but one hotel site listed it as an amenity.

I liked the location, cleanliness and staff at the hotel

Didn't have a pool and the breakfast wasn't free. But there were plenty of places close by that breakfast was served at a reasonable price, including Golden Corral.

The room it was nice

They took money out my account almost 200 dollars and telling me a bunch of lies. Then they tell me I'm getting some of my money back and took an additional 53 dollars. WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON

the bathrroom was not completely cleaned!

there was no room with tub option AND the showers are too small!

Not all doors are automatic so a little difficult to get luggage carriers in and out.

The hotel was near several restaurants.

The GM was extremely disrespectful. She was dismissive of my concerns regarding my being displaced from my room due to the rooms having problems with the air conditioning. In short, she hung up the phone in my face. She was reported to corporate.

No customer work station, ice bend inconvenience

Hotel was under construction no cantina services. Dust covered us in lobby while waiting to check in. Sparks of fire from some sort of grinding machine. Workers were disrespectful as they galked at my wife with no sense of respect. It was gross.

Location and parking

Wife's laundry personals were removed. We believed by mistake. Other than that, front desk tried to accommodate. There appears be be a lack of receptiveness to 3rd party reservations though.

Great location, great service. They were so kind when our little boy forgot a special souvenir in the room and housekeeping found it and brought it to the front desk for him! Thanks again Marriott!

Fully renovated rooms with nice touches, all extras were there, personalized. Staff was very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, well it.

Ice machines did not work, need to be replaced.

Poor hotel , I can call it motel style

It was in a centralized location.

Had to be moved to another room because air conditioner did not work. One front desk worker left and the other rudely said that she could not do anything until he returned. When asked when he would return, her response was "I have no Idea".

Hotel staff was very cordial and friendly!

Hotel had water spots on the ceiling. The bathroom tub was clogged the entire visit. I called and requested someone to come address the issue; never addressed. Room was dusty! Needs remodeling.

There was loud construction which began at 8 am on the Monday before Mardi Gras!! I reported this to the front desk but it continued until checkout at noon. Completely unacceptable noise level. There was hammering and drilling and loud conversation

The hotel itself is fairly new.

Cleanliness and organization was appalling. Upon entering the first of our two rooms, we found two teenagers asleep in the beds. The second room had hair and what appeared to be blood in the shower, along with sunflower seeds on the floor.

Shower curtain was pink at the bottom, only one wash cloth, Our floor was noisy, bed was not comfortable, no bottled water
