Cleanliness, breakfast was not appetizing, had ants on the counter, the water didn’t taste good. the ac made loud noises, mattress was uncomfortable. they wanted a departure time early morning, when Checkout was @ 11am. Had to put $100 deposit.

absolutely nothing. Everything was awful. The room was dirty, I had to clean it myself, there was hair everywhere, there was still a bar of soap that was used at the top of the shower.

Quiet area. Great location. Room was ok for the price. Room was clean except for the pillow covers. It was very obvious they had not been washed. We had to cover them with our own tshirts to be able to use thm. But everything else was clean.

Very dirty. Towels were filthy. Used soap in the shower. Smelled like smoke. Very thin pillows. Curtains did not cover the window. Bedspread had burned holes in it. Poor maintenence and housekeeping.

It was everything about this hotel and I fill like they should change the name to Americas Worst. How can you put America's name on your hotel and it looks like a 3rd world country.

It had cockroaches..no TV..broken lamp..toilet falls sideways when you sit on it..tub knob falls off when you try to turn it on..pipes pull out of the wall & there was paint all over the furniture. Had uncovered plugs & a broken mirror left propped up

It was a nightmare. no smoke alarm. no pillows. filthy top to bottom. Burn holes in bedding. no shower head. No tv. Wanna see the pictures? This place needs to be shut down.

There was beat up Beat cars parked around the hotel there was people wandering around outside of the hotel there was one door open was six people just laying across the beds talking with people outside the room did Phil did not feel like a safe place

Changed rooms and the security latch did not work there was no smoke detector so the hotel offered a refund but I was still charge $15 I did not enjoy my experience at this hotel

There were no towels, no pillows, roaches everywhere, the bed and bedding. Was disgusting, and the room next to me was selling drugs all day and night.

Nothing. Manager gave away reservation, roaches everywhere, no ac, microwave caught fire. Manager refused to give me corporate number and told me to email the hotel but when i asked for corperate email he hang up in my face.

I did not feel safe.I felt this place was a breeding ground for covid19 and recipe for disaster. There were people loitering outside of the hotel again, no mask! Staff member without mask. I'm awaiting a refund as we speak.

Roaches, vermin infested, smelled horrible,room was awful. This was most likely a crack head hotel. I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel before.

The hotel was very nasty and had a bunch of homeless and drug users and dealers hanging around the rooms..I will never go there again..Very nasty establishment.
