Homewood Suites by Hilton Mobile Airport-University Area

Room was nasty, rust behind toilet, lamps rusty, bugs in the wall pictures, curtains had holes in them, kitchen flooring was a hazard and bulking up from floor, linens had holes in them, and furniture looked like second hand furniture.

I rented the suite with 2 rooms. The sheets looked like they had been slept on and were dirty. The sofa was filthy with black stains on the arms and pillows. The leather on the kitchen chairs were all peeled off. We did not stay and left about 10pm.

Room wasn?t ready. No apology. No towels or washcloths. No coffee in room.

The bed was clean and comfortable.

EVERYTHING was dirty, stained, and cracked...from the lobby to the rooms. This hotel needs a major overhaul. The breakfast was very poor. Loud TV on HBO in the lobby with profanity as my kids were walking through.

The staff was nice

Disgustingly dirty, moldy, faucet wouldn?t stop leaking and even the mattress was stained.

The hotel is nasty smelly rooms , old, this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at¿

It needs work. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Saw cockroaches. Toilet handle had to be held down until everything went down.

For the price it is old and dated. Very dusty in the room and bathroom. Door to bathroom was busted and fixed with some sort of putty. They had a pipe burst before we arrived on the floor we were on. The smell was so bad it would make us gag

Horrible. We used to stay there all the time. It¿s been a few years. We would never stay here again.

Hotel was hot/musty smelling in the halls; room got cool enough. I was there for intensives at the university, so it was important that wifi worked. It took an hour to connect then kept kicking us off repeatedly. We left and went to another hotel.

The location.

I had to cancel my credit card due to fraudulent activities executed by hotel staff. In all, they tried to take me for 1700+ dollars in fraudulent charges. Pretty sad.

The AC stopped working after a couple of hours. Had to move from first floor to third floor at 11:30 at night

The room was very nice. It's more like a small apartment then a hotel. Their was a full sized refrigerator,stove and dish washer.

The lady at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. When I went to check in she was on her cell phone arguing with someone. I paid for my room online, but was charged $30 upon arrival and then another $50. I was promised a refund, but never got.

Cleanliness and location the customer service was great

Great location, most of the staff were friendly, complimentary dinner, room was spacious and updated.

Long wait for the room to be cleaned, trash in the room from previous guests. No service to replace towels and empty trash, even when asked. Grouchy old lady in charge of breakfast snapped at people trying to get food.

The room was nice size.

Beds were horrible (old)! They sunk when you layed in them. No maid service in 4 days. MW was broken. I had to ask front desk clerk go to another room to get toilet paper. No clean towls. Staff was luke warm at best. Many of the staff did not wear mask

reserved a double room...given a king room. front desk then gave me a double room...smelled like smoke. vomit in the elevator.We went back to the king room. There was a loud group outside that moved in. NOT good. Bite marks on the remote

Nice suite with kitchenette, refrigerator and 2 flat tvs.

It is so clean! They have a wonderful reception Monday-Thursday from 6-8:30 complete with complimentary wine and appetizer that was just perfect after a long day. Room couldn’t have been more perfect!

Sometimes it was a challenge to find someone from the front desk

Fitness center out of service, couch smelled like sour milk, dog barking at 6am for an hour and a half. Dishes in dishwasher at check in, had to line my own trash cans.
