  • The staff was awesome
  • Friendliness of staff.
  • Front desk staff. We're welcoming and helpful.

Cons -

  • Hard to get people to clean your room if you stay more than one day
  • Urine stains on the mattress, missing bedding, no breakfast on the ?included? buffet a full hour before it ended, the floor wasn?t vacuumed in our hotel room. The bathroom was the only thing that felt clean
  • Yes the door to the room did not close all the way so we were left kind of exposed.

I liked the Young Lady that prepared breakfast M-F. She kept the area clean, stocked, and with a great attitude each morning. She is worth her weight in gold! Most of the staff was very bubbly and engaging.
