Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel

Everything was great from the cleanliness and bed super comfy, location amazing, parking, etc. The only negative was the breakfast buffet and wait staff, buffet not worth $10 let alone $25. But again everything else was top notch. Loved the pool deck!

The room on the water front is too noisy from the street and the train

It gave me incentive to look for another hotel when I come back to this area.

I didn?t like the idea that the clerk staff can?t communicate with their parking staff which is employed by the city do and this hotel is located in an area where burglar bars are located on every business around it. What do you think?

Location was great downtown, the room was great being on the 27th floor 2 walls of windows. It was cool just to be in the room and the exclusive breakfast was really nice.

The bar, the hotel was 100%, not an exaggeration, it was 100% booked and the bar closed at 11:00 on a Saturday night. The bartender wanted to close down 30 minutes early and was fairly rude about it. We might stay at this hotel again, but we'll avoid bar.

The bathroom needs a little TLC. The ceiling in the bathroom look to have some water damage and the tub faucet handle came off.

The shower curtain fell down but we had completed our showers. The parking garage is very confusing.

I book the hotel because it said pool an hot tub No pool or hot tub . I wish I knew I would of book different place .

No room service disappointingly. Had to order food at bar then go pick it up to bring back to the room. Elevators were odd...occasionally bringing you up when you pressed lower floors and vice versa.

If you self park its a long walk to the hotel with your luggage.

It was super nice! The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was great, very comfortable. Also, the location was perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and we absolutely love everything about it. From the staff, the room, the view, the restaurant/bar, and the location. It was awesome!

Our greeting was spot on. Your desk workers are pleasant and inviting. I had one issue where the blow dryer was broken. Front desk sent on right up and called to make sure it arrived. We loved our stay. The room was plenty big, view was awesome room clean

The valet girl asked if we needed help with our bags. She gave us a cart and told us to bring it back. Front desk said they would help with luggage. But we understand how hard it can be. But other places we stay they bring the bags up. And we tip!

How spacious and clean the hotel was during my stay. In addition the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Due to the price of each booking, I feel that guest should be alloted atleast 2 free parking passes when booking at this hotel. I booked on a weekend and had to search almost an hour around the hotel for a nearby parking spot. Valet parking was too costly

No room service, hopefully they can figure that out with everything going on with covid19, maybe leave food at door after knocking.

Location, location, location. Very upscale furnishings everywhere from the room to the lobbies. The Harbor restaurant was amazing at both breakfast and dinner. Outstanding choices from southern style eggs Benedict to seafood gumbo.

They have a bum problem. Which is to be expected in any urban area in the streets. But they should have a way of keeping them from coming into and bothering guests in the hotel lobby. In the guest rooms there needs to be microwaves and fans in the bath
