The hotel was extremely clean and welcoming. The desk clerk, was awesome and made checking in flawless. I most definitely will stay here when I am visiting.

Comfortable bed, very clean room. Loved the kitchenette with dishwasher. Great property with a nice patio and fire feature, big dining area for the complimentary breakfast.

We were very pleased with and appreciate this hotel's clean and quiet suite accommodations with complimentary breakfast, onsite parking, and internet service. The personal touch of holiday decor in communal areas completed the warm homelike atmosphere.

The hotel was nice but the staff weren¿t friendly to me or my six girls and made us feel singled out not to mention our room wrecked of Mary Jane even tho we were in a non smoking. We stayed on the second floor and constantly heard running through night

I didn¿t like the fact that I booked at a smoke free hotel and when I got inside the room it smelled like weed and when I checked out they charged me a 250 deposit as if I Smoke

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I thought the Hilton actually meant something but I guess not. First night, ended up calling the front desk more than 4 times due to people in upstairs unit having a birthday party at 11pm.

The room was clean, sheets were clean, no stains anywhere through both rooms, the pool was clean, the putting green/corn hole/outdoor fire ring were very unexpected but the kids loved them.

Worse hotel possible I am a gold member and I expected a lot better from this book and literally everybody was rude everything smell like crqp

Everything I hated the room I hated the location I hated everything about this room and plus the room was haunted I mean haunted.

yes, that the price doubled from what we paid for the first week which was $967 that was fine but today there was over $1600 taken out of our account & for ONE week that is ridiculous

Spacious rooms, Cleanliness,,Location and Breakfast Included. The staff only charged partially for incidentals due to the nature of our visit. It was a very sad occasion and unexpected travel expenses and we appreciated the consideration.

Check in with very smooth. Hotel and room very clean and nice At checkout a guest & 3 employees were screaming & fighting using vulgar language. we tried to ignore and walked in to have breakfast and about 10 guests there trying to ignore the fight

Then a guest having breakfast started screaming in vulgar language for them to shutup. We decided then it was no longer safe for 2 women to be and walked out. Someone screamed at us they were sorry but it continued even out in the parking lot.

Considering it is pet-friendly, the hotel is immaculate, very inviting, comfortable and has an excellent breakfast!

Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was great. Fitness room had really nice equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Really an amazing experience overall. We will definitely return to Hilton's Homewood Suites.

The breakfast area, inside lounge,deck with the fire pit and all the necessary items in the room!! Everything was great, I plan to viagain.

You didn't have a fan vent in room 417 bathroom.

The carpet in my room was soaked from water coming out of the air conditioner. The staff put a high powered fan on the carpet to run the entire week I was there. The staff were not friendly, not helpful, and the daily room cleaning was not thorough.

I liked the cleanliness, spacious room, great meals and friendly staff. We had a lot of room to stretch out. The staff did a great job of cleaning our room and replenishing needed items. It felt like home away from home.

What a wonderful stay! Our family was in town for 4 days and this was our first time staying at Homewood Suites. I looked, but could not find anything wrong. Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, the breakfasts were great. We will definitely stay again.

It was easy to get to, the staff was friendly and available for questions. We enjoyed the breakfast every day, and the location of the room was near the doors for coming and leaving the premises. Also, the room was clean and equipped with everything.

The hotel was loud. People talking in the halls, kids screaming outside the window until 11pm. There were doors slamming all night and the fire alarm went off at 3:30am and we had to stand outside for an hour!! Horrible!
