Pros +

Your card system was down and no one could use their key cards to get in their rooms . Hotel employee and the crew worked their butts off taking everyone to the rooms as people were checking in/out.
Location and the staff! Front office ladies was so helpful.
Cleanliness, modernity

Cons -

Again, they were having system errors, so I think they were having a hard time cleaning the rooms but our room did have hair in the bathroom and I did get a pub on my shoe. I did find a pill underneath the bathroom sink.
Everything was perfect and the hotel felt home like.
I prefer carpeted floors in the room to hard flooring.
