Hilton Garden Inn Mobile West I-65/Airport Blvd.

Front desk staff was disinterested in being there. No pool towels. Dirty floors in common areas. Breakfast not ready on time. Happy hour was never set up.

The cs/was wonderful and the gentleman at the desk was so pleasant.

Parking, the parking is small and the lighting on the side was somewhat dull. Coming from a position as a mom traveling w/young children this time, that was the only negative

Very clean, fabulous staff and the room has plenty of amenities. Offering an in house Cafe/evening cocktails or dinner was convenient.

Hotel was under renovation and a mess. The first room we had couldn't be accessed because they lock on the door wasn't operational. Our new room didn't have towels. The room was very basic.

The hotel was average at best. This was the second time in three years that I stayed there and they were renovating on my floor. I stumbled a couple of times walking to and from the elevator. I know it is a pandemic, but this could have been done in 2021.

Because of renovation, housewares for room was non-existent. You had to alert front desk before 9:00am if you wanted extra towels, sheets etc. There were not any free meals or snacks. If nothing else, there should have been continental breakfast.

The environment was wonderful the property was clean and the staff was nice.

Bartender was very nice and pleasant.

Reception staff was rude and not helpful at all. The computers were out when we arrived so we couldn¿t check into our room for 2 hours. They never told us when it came back on. My husband went up to deck to ask if it was back on and they said yes and ¿¿

The bathroom was not clean. Previous people in room seemed to have explosive diarrhea and the toilet was not cleaned. The hotel had no one to clean it so I had to clean the bathroom myself so my family could use it.

Comfortable bed

I did not like being forced to have a $250 hold on my card - which 48 hours after checkout is still there! First, it should have been a maximum of $25 since it was for incidentals. Second, it should have dropped off immediately upon checking out.

Clean, front desk staff were very nice

There was a half empty bottle of water on the fridge that was supposed to be for us.

Incredibly slow internet- actually the old dial up speed. The room wasn't ready when we got there at 3:30 and by 4:00 I asked for an honest idea when it would be ready. Gentleman said about 30 to 60 minutes. We went out to eat and got the room at 5:30.

The location of this hotel is 100% great! Close to everything and within walking distance.

NOT CLEAN. Old dust on restaurant counter. Pool and pool area wasn’t clean and smelled like old cigarettes. Musty wet smell at back entry door. Wet towel in room refrigerator, an empty bottle and trash was under bed. Hotel is NOT being kept clean at all

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Continental breakfast was not free! The continental breakfast was about $9.00/person and waffles were the only hot item included.

Was clean and staff were friendly. Really liked the veterans only parking. Love to see companies that support the troops.

Breakfast was overpriced and Internet wifi was not really free.
