Stay Express Inn & Suites - Mobile, Al

The hotel was vile and scary. The towels and sheets were covered in stains....I even asked for not stained ones and I got the cleanest she could find. The elevators were filthy. I wish I could have canceled. This place looks like a druggie flop house.

This hotel could use a deep cleaning. The sheets were clean, but the room itself just felt dirty. The door in the bathroom and the main door was dirty and had mold on it. The room also smelled of mildew.

The cleaning lady was the nicest person I met there…

Beware there is a 100$ deposit and no smoking period. They do not tell you this and will do anything to keep your deposit… use caution

There was a constant damp feeling in the room despite the AC running almost constantly. There was virtually no seal around the door so light and air could come in. The room was on the first floor by an exit door and it would slam everytime.

The smell of mold, scratches on walls, doors and bathroom had mold in the corners and curtains in the room were needing to be cleaned. The chair in the room was torn and broken. The chair was proped up to make it look sturdy.

Room sold was not something the hotel provided. Desk person said the hotel doesn't have 2 king bed rooms. Had to take a king & fold out bed instead. No one slept comfortably. Toilet had issues flushing & had to call maintenance. Woke up to roaches in bed.

The location was good.

Very dusty, somewhat dirty. I sprayed my room down with disinfectant. The edges of my box spring had small pebbles and dirt. The phone and lamp shade in the room was covered with the thickest amount of dust I have ever seen.I didn't even want to use it

Have your Maintenane staff to regularly check Toilet and other bathroom equipments stuff to ensure they are in working condition My room toilet was shaking It could have easily fixed by changing new wax $3 ring and tightening two bolts

It was quite and cozy and very clean

Clean and updated nicely. Welcoming front desk attendant. Pleasant. Safe and clean parking lot. Great location.

Beds were comfortable and room was big

My room had a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no extre toilet paper. Young man at check in was not the friendliest. It could of just been a bad day. The location the hotel is in is pretty sketchy

Room was not clean. No housekeeping service to makeup bed or give clean towels.

Clean Roland spacious rooms, very nice staff and free breakfast.

The bed and pillows were not soft and me and my husband tossed and turned all night trying to fall asleep.

We checked in and went to our room. We were in our room for about 10 minutes then the cleaning lady opened our door not realizing we were in there. Later that night we got back to our hotel and I found a cockroach on the wall.
