Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile-Downtown Historic District

The hotel is ideally located close to downtown restaurants, tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly, helpful & accommodating (especially the hotel manager). The rooms were very clean and everything worked. Best Hampton Inn I've stayed.

Not a thing. It was exceptionally pleasant.

The parking lot entrance/exit and its size is small and confusing, especially at night. There were also several stray marks on the bedroom walls in visible areas that were able to be scrubbed off, so I'm not sure why they were there.

My wife did not like the fact that she could not regulate the heat/air conditioning unit or maybe she wasn't pushing the correct buttons.

not a lot of places to eat, but I guess Sunday and Monday, a lot of them were closed, plus the Covid 19 deal did not help.

Friendly staff, great location, good health and safety structures in place for COVID.

They could better change the format of the breakfast to socially distance. It made me very nervous to go down for breakfast with that setup.

The air conditioner sounded like a freight train. I honestly have never heard any air conditioner that loud in my life. It was impossible to sleep through on a night where we definitely needed air.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The decor, the staff, the view from our balcony were all a part of the great experience. We just didn't expect it. Event the pool furniture is new and in good condition.

The only thing I would say is a negative is that the stairs only open to the street and not the lobby.

Very nice location. Breakfast has many options and good fresh food served in a clean location. Room was odd that it was a handicapped room. Not what we needed. Not sure why we where put there. great location downtown with good parking.

Staff were very polite and helpful.

Bathroom wasn't elderly friendly. Tubs are too narrow, no room for bathing seats. Toilets really low to the ground and lack of grips to aide in sitting or getting up. We did ask for a handicap room but none were available with two beds.

Hotel had a package that included one night plus cruise Terminal parking! Saved us money! Room was nice. Comtinental breakfast a plus.

The room was spacious and they are in the midst of remodeling the hotel. Great atmosphere and the breakfast was awesome. Able to walk to the many sights downtown.
