The staff were exceedingly attentive and courteous. Miss Elaine's breakfast spread was fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day

The room decor was a tad dated but it was very clean

I was horribly disappointed. Considering the amount of money I spent for one night, I wasn't expecting the experience I received. The young lady that tended the desk was never on post and visibly showed she didn't want to be at work.

After reading reviews I expected better. Personnel was neither friendly or accommodating. The concierge carts are barely usable and the room is way overdue for an upgrade. Our room was half clean and the floors had nail clippings all over them.

The cleanliness Great location staff was friendly. The breakfast was awesome in selection and quite tasty!!The breakfast worker was very nice also!!I will definitely return again and recommend this location!

No issues

Check in time was at 4:00 and the clerk allowed me to check in about 1:00. I advised her that a drove 6 hours and had a funeral at 2:00 pm. She was extremely accommodating. I so appreciated her kindness.

Very clean

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had a excellent atmosphere.

The bathroom toilet was difficult to flush and the inside bathroom door was not completely painted which was truly weird.

Even with our Do Not Disturb on the door. They knocked to see when we were leaving (@9am)

Was clean. My son drove, so I don't know how it was to get to.

I couldn't turn on the light switch in the bathroom, it was defective. If my son, who could figure it out, wasn't right there, I had to use the facilities in the dark with only light from the night light. Didn't have all the supplies I needed.

There was nothing that stood out to like

The carpet in the hotel is ugly and old...the room had dirty carpet and built up dust by the bed and corners

No coffee and only cereal for the breakfast. Way overpriced for below average hotel.

Very loud humming noise on 4th floor. Need cover over peep hole. Need to include more towels inroom

Check in time was more correct and pool was not clean as well as room.

room was not clean,( hair and disposable razor left in shower corner, pizza sauce container under edge of bed) a/c rattled and banged when it kicked on) milk container @ breakfast was spoiled, and was told that was last container available. Staff was rude

It really needs new flooring, the carpet was very heavily stained throughout the room which made the room feel dingy.

Close to highway. Parking was good. I meet the general manager and was able to tell him about bad experience of hotel upon checkout.

The bed had stains. Room was not properly cleaned. The bedding was not comfortable. The sheets would not stay on bed. I had to ask for more covers. The cleaning staff was rude.
