Loved the location and the hotel is warm and inviting.

A lot of the staff does not speak English, I requested towels but waited 6 hours. Finally had to call again. Rooms are never cleaned except when requested. These rooms should get fresh towels, bed mades and vacuumed every single day. For what we paid this was extremely disappointing.

Great location for shopping. Clean and the rooms were spacious. Good breakfast!

I requested double beds for one room and did not get it when I arrived to the property nor did they try to accommodate my request!!

Very clean and large room

The room was large with better facilities, kitchenette, couch with TV, nice drawer space, comfortable beds.

Beds looked as if they had been sat on when we arrived making me wonder if the linens had been changed since last occupant. Notice in photo how coverlet is wrinkled and the pillows are stacked as if someone was sitting and watching TV. Carpet had a sticky spot. Went to look for a snack but the prices were outrageous so did not purchase.
