The pool is inoperable The hot tub is inoperable Had to change rooms 3 times due to smell of pet urine

Clean sheets/hot shower/ nice tv

Can’t stand cold hard floors/bathroom floor was sticky/saw 1roach/ wore shoes in room to avoid walking on floor barefoot

The staff was rude they charged me 50.00 dollars for smoking in the room yet I don't smoke. The room smelled like smoke when I arrived.

Our room was updated, the parking lot was well lit

The hotel was in the process of upgrading.

Leaving without being shot or accosted.

The hotel has long term residents that yell and shout at 10 pm, 911 does not bring the police. Front desk blocks outgoing calls if they think you will report to police. Scariest place I have EVER stayed. Painters left chips all over my car!

The rooms are beautiful, exceptionally maintained and updated well beyond the star rating.

The wireless was non-existent and made it nearly impossible to conduct business from the room without a hot spot.

Everything. It was so broken down and gross! When I turned on the shower someone elses hair came out of the crack in the bottom of the shower!

Absolutely nothing!!

The gentleman at the counter was so pleasant. Then we got to our room and it was absolutely disgusting. There was mold on the furniture, holes in the walls, wet spots on the carpet, and the room door didn't shut properly. The bathroom was gross!!!

Bed and cleanliness

Handicapped accessible, but bed is still too high.

Smoking rooms

My wife was taking a shower & looked up & it was a dirty towel from tha last guest my wife almost died when she saw that dirty towel

The staff was very nice.The breakfast area was very clean.The desk was very accommodating.The variety of breakfast was excellent.

The cloth material chair in the room was filthy really dirty you would see The stool was dirty very unclean foot stool

Didn't enjoy this trip that much.

Tub felt like you was gonna fall in during shower. Heater had a hard time it wanted to blow out only cold air. Had to unplug and play with the heater to get it to work properly. A lady in the office was rude. Carpet wet by fridge.

Staff was rude. Room was full of cigarette burns and smelled. Tv had no watchable channels.

Not much to like here. We liked the price, until we checked in. They wanted a $50 pet fee and $50 deposit. We asked for a non smoking room, the clerk verified this and then placed us in a smoking room. Its been a week and still haven't got my deposit back

The bathroom was nearly unusable. The toilet tank was leaning against the wall, there were splatters of filth all along the wall, the ceiling had collapsed at sometime and been "patched" but it was hands down the worst hack job I've ever seen.

I like the location some restaurants with convenient and everything is around 15 miles to get to

The rooms need to be remodeled housekeeping need to do a better job of cleaning the room table was nasty and had dead water bugs in the corner of the floor and towels were Staind

Hotel has a lot issues, it rusty but I been giving another room.

Heater doesn't work, many other things are old and rusty, breakfast is not available each day or very limited quantity. I am not sure if I recommended this hotel to anyone

Nothing was good

The room was barely cleaned sticky substances everywhere hair and dust on bed didnt stay for longer than it took to showere and leave.

The manager on 8/1 VERY rude and disrespectful didn't stay I left although it was already paid for.All I requested was a new coffee pot mine was broken, she then accused me of breaking it, no working ice machines! Horrible experience I deserve a refund

First the lady at the front desk was rude, secondly she gave the police access to our name because the smelled someone smoking weed. The police came to our room and there was no weed smell. Lastly she refused to give me my security deposit.
