Hampton Inn Birmingham/Leeds

We were able to get conference room for free every night of our stay.

This hotel looks brand new but I found out it had a recent remodel. The remodel was done perfectly. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. This hotel also has chargers for electric vehicles which is something that I need.

There's some new construction of a new hotel going on next door. It gets a bit noisy in the morning but it wasn't a big deal

That I asked for a handicap assessment room on the first floor but got it on the second floor

The customer service was excellent and the hotel was very clean.

The only downside to the hotel was our bed was hard as a rock. My back was hurting quite a bit the following days after staying there.

For it being part of the Hilton chain, I was disappointed in the room. Very dated and felt more like a days inn.

This is our favorite hotel in the Birmingham area. We try to stay at this hotel every time we travel for a UAB baseball game. Staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is 18 minutes from the UAB campus and 10 from the airport.

Everything was fantastic. Book now because this hotel fills up fast.

They were working on updating motel it seemed ,They were having problems with the keying system they were presently working to fix not their fault doing the best they could.

Great hotel, right off interstate. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Room and bath was very clean and so cool. Bed and pillows were great. Will stay here again.

Great location for Barbers Motorcycle Museum

Not flexible on dates. When we arrived on Thursday we needed to leave Sunday instead of the planned Monday. Even with 3 day notice, they refused to allow us to get a refund for Monday and leave early

Having breakfast. Shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Easy excess to the trolley cart.

Not enough big towels for a double room.

Clean rooms. Coffee always available in lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to highways.

1st floor mens restroom was dirty. I literally stuck to the floor with my boots while standing at the urinal

Nice rooms and over all very clean hotel.

The toilet. The base of the toilet was an oblong bowl. But the seat and lid were designed for a small round toilet. That causes the seat to move around because the front the seat could not reach the lip of the bowl.
