Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Huntsville West - Research Park

Pros +

• The room was made up each day and was clean
• All the workers, especially at breakfast. Hotel employee was an amazing host. She made you feel at home and she was your mom or grandmother. Did I say Betty was amazing??? Excellent excellent excellent!!!!!!!
• Everything! Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Wish I could have stayed longer. If in the area again will definitely choose this hotel.

Cons -

• First floor was under renovation/construction. Wish we would have known this before making the reservation.
• The whole lobby and everything to use downstairs was under construction. Plastic off and taped everywhere and halfway painted places it look like a construction zone and you couldn?t really relax anywhere in the lobby and there?s no sauna or pool use
• My tub drain was clogged but I walk with my own little hook snake and I pulled all the hair out. I loved this hotel so much that nothing, not even that, will not stop me from coming back.
