It was dirty. Looked like maintenance and cleaners were on strike. Expected much better than received according to your ratings

Was clean, hot water, wouldn’t be bad if air conditioner worked

Hotel staff played on there phones while I waited to check in and out, air conditioner did not work, filters in air conditioners were filthy.

Cleanlyness

smoking area could have been a little closer. Suggest 2 areas, maybe another one straight across from the entrance in the grassy area ,Also it could use some sitting areas closer to the entrance for just someone that wants to sit outside and read.

Room was clean and staff was polite

Check in was at 3 and our room wasn't ready until 4:30 which made us late to the event we were in town for.

The staff was very accommodating and very sweet. As we were there trying to get our truck repaired, so each day we had to keep checking in they were very sweet about it.

location

There were 3 of us in the room so, it did feel a little tight. But otherwise it was great. Close to lots of restaurants and other shopping. Wal-Mart next door. And the the evening shift desk manager recommended 2 great non-chain restaurants!!

The bed

Ac unit was VERY loud, I turned it on about 1am . Also cover of ac was jacked up and you could see all the dust and rust on it.

Ease of access, great staff

Parking lot needs attention, inadequate room in breakfast area, deep step into tub for accessible room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend. Good breakfast too.

The location is a plus.

The hotel is very outdated with many, many things needing cleaned and repaired. The non-slip mat for the shower was covered in mold. Gross! The air filter/air conditioning unit was caked with dust and the smell of the room was stale and unpleasant.

Tub didn¿t drain. 2 bugs in room, filthy carpet, pool closed (Granddaughter very disappointed) not a good value

The host behind counter was great. 

Live bugs in the tub Hair on the toilet bowl Crack in door let light in so tried to put toilet paper in it. Huge stains in the fitted sheet. Children running up and down the hall.

What I liked best is the view of the hotel at night. It looks grand and expensive. I'd stay there again.

Not enough light. 2 beds should have 2 lamps. I used the bathroom light to provide the light I needed so I would not disturb my roommate. It was a bit inconvenient. It's

The staff were nice.

Breakfast was out of everything after one hour. No one refilled anything. Walls we¿re thin. We could hear every inappropriate thing in our neighbors room. Not much sleep for me!

Room 120 that we stayed in could use new bed foundations as they were pretty beat up.

The staff was friendly. The location was convenient. The desk was staffed when I returned after 10 p.m. even though they said it wouldn't be.

The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The breakfast was sub par

The beds were comfortable and we also enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The box spring for the mattress needs to be updated.

The coffee

The front door was dirty (all front doors were dirty), the room smelled, the bathroom mat was nasty, the sides of the bed had a number of tears, and the key cards were not working properly.
