Home2 Suites by Hilton Birmingham Fultondale

I like the layout of the room. We enjoyed having a living space and a sleeping space. The breakfast service was great. Workout space/gym was good.

Has issues checking in, tried charging me again - payment had already been made. Room not very clean. NO conditioner in shower, asked to get & never received it. One elevator was out of service. Loud neighbors. No indoor pool-advertised to have one.

Overall nice, clean hotel easy access from interstate.

Clean with a good breakfast

We had booked a king suite. They were over booked on them. We had to take a queen.

Shower was dirty

staff was very helpful.

The design was absolutely gorgeous!!! From the lobby to the room everything was absolutely perfect! We definitely will stay here again when in the area!

Not one thing everything was amazing!

The breakfast

I never heard of a early check in fee for $35 when the room was ready… check in at 4:00 and 3:45 you still have to pay the $35

Very nice room for a very small price. There was a smart tv on the room that was easy to sign in to. There were a lot of amenities.

Location, rooms, bathroom was clean

Breakfast

Excellent breakfast. Large room perfect for a family of 4.

Room smelled like dog and we didn’t have a dog. It would be nice to have pet rooms and non-pet rooms to avoid this.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, hotel itself was very clean and well kept. Quiet and nice location close enough to the city.

The hot water could have been warmer, and the breakfast was ok. Tables were not cleaned when people would leave, food was laying around, need someone to help clean as people leave since such limited tables. Also need to move the sign for where plates go so its visible.

Great place to stay!!! Roomy and lots of amenities. Very Clean and staff was great!

The property was very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious. It had a full kitchen with the exception of a stove or two burner. The beds were comfortable and the location is behind a shopping center and close to the expressway. The lobby area is bright and inviting.

I was not made aware of the $50 incidental AND $100 authorized hold on my card at prior to check in! I was not expecting that at all even though I know most hotel have an incidental fee but I wish that they would let you know how much prior to purchase. Also, I feel like if you’re going to have a full refrigerator, dishes and microwave then you might as well have a small stove or a two burner stovetop. No it’s not a dealbreaker but it would just make sense.

Very nice hotel.

Guests in room directly upstairs were jumping around and making loud noises until 12:30 am. We did not get a good night’s sleep. Advised the front desk many times.

Convenient to location we needed. Free parking. Spacious room.

Breakfast was just ok at best. Stayed on the 2nd of 4 floors; the room above us sounded like guests were jumping around or walking very heavily. We always travel with a noise machine thank goodness! Room itself was ok. Price was very high for the quality of the food and room. I would not pay this rate for this hotel again.

Plenty to choose from at breakfast, super comfy beds and pillows which was a big plus, clean.

It looked clean but there was a moldy/mildew smell in the bathroom, so I don’t know if it was the water or the actual bathroom itself

Very clean and quiet and the staff was great.

The breakfast.

The staff was friendly, kind, helpful, and always smiling.

Front desk lied about assisting with canceling my reservation only for me to get charge and to try and trick me into giving another card to charge me will not recommend
