It was dirty, had a smell the furniture was in bad shape.

Good location

Needs some updating. Bathroom door wouldn't latch. Toilet paper holder falling off.

I like the clearness of the hotel. I definitely like the room, it was excellent to have a sofa sit on and watch TV and eat dinner. The location was wonderful.

Adding another breakfast meat would be great.

The bed had hair all in the bed. The staff was rude. Esp the night person checking in.

Breakfast was not that bad. Staff was very professional and accommodating.

Towels and linens could have been a bit more cleaner.

AC didn¿t work, smelled like drugs, stains everywhere, minimal breakfast food.

Bed comfort was decent but had hair and debris on the sheets. I checked for bugs, specifically bed bugs and saw none.

Customer service awful. Stood at check in well over an hour and finally got our room at 3am to find zero toilet paper. I highly recommend to keep driving and find a hotel down the road.

Room had mold, hair in the bed, towels were deeply stained with dirt. I went to store got clorox cleaner, sheets and pillow cases, towels and bath cloths to clean and dress the room AFTER asking for a new room. Location was great and staff was very nice.

Beds made up with dirty pillowcases and sheets and cluster of hair under comforter; hair in tub and residue around sink area; folded washcloths that had a smell and hadn¿t been washed; uncleaned fridge; floors not vacuumed well.

Giant roach in room and in common area. Let the staff know about the roach and nothing was done. Had the luxury of still paying full price for a roach room. Would not recommend.

Friendly staff. They were short staffed and the room wasn't ready. The two ladies working the front desk took it along themselves to leave the front desk and get the room cleaned and ready. They did a good job given they had to hurry to get back up front.

The door to the room (103) had a big gap allowing sounds from out in the hallway to be heard. There was a room (101) that had a dog and when the occupants left the dog would bark and cry, it was a little annoying.

Close to highway and price.

Not cleaned well at all. Dirty floor and unsure if bedding had been changed.

Location was convenient and desk staff was helpful. Liked that they have two queen beds instead of double beds.

We had two rooms booked. One looked as if it hadn't been cleaned other than the sheets appeared to be clean. Bathrooms in both rooms were dirty. Carpet had not been swept. No hot water. Phone # listed was not correct so couldn't contact the hotel.

Looks like they were remodeling, the people doing the remodel job did horrible work. Painting caulking, tile. Desk chair was not even in my room. Light bulbs missing from fixtures, outlets not secure to the wall. Light switches that didn¿t work.

The room was not clean. The floor was muddy and sticky and awful. The door handle and lock was very dirty and sticky. The vanity was broken and a door just laying on a shelf. One of the beds had dirty sheets and a dirty pillow. Do not stay here.

The staff was really nice.

The room was dated and didn’t look like the website, and there were bugs in the room.

Nice bed. Refrigerator in room. Breakfast better than expected.

Bath looked a bit tired. Some towel shelves were adjacent to and below toilet level (not best place for towels).

We've stayed at this property twice. Both times, hotel employee at the front desk, has provided stellar customer service.

I had bad experience,I book this hotel in the wrong place by mistake,I phoned after 30 minutes they made me wait,and transfered to another person,wait more,then transfer to costumer service,anyway it took a while until I get my refund back,and it was not
