The location, & the breakfast was always well stocked and the area clean.

The floor in our room was DIRTY. The bed was not comfy, more like laying on a board and the pillows were dismal. Additional pillow request never came. The pool was to open at 10 am and it was closer to 10:30. Coffee not good.

The location is conveniently situated right off of the interstate, & just a few miles from downtown. The rooms were modernly updated, & for the price, it was perfect!

Other than two overly stressed, condescending employees, the staff were very kind & efficient. The floors in both of our rooms were very sticky, probably from the cleaner used on them prior to our arrival, but still kind of off putting.

The main entrance locks at 11 pm. I know it was for safety, but when I rang the intercom, nobody answered or came to the front desk. The lobby was completely empty. I couldn't even get in the hotel to check in until another guest came to the door.

Breakfast was not good. It took 1/2 hour for omelets to come out. Who eats chicken sausage & the potatoes were meh. Also reservation area was like a desk right in the hallway. In everyone?s way.

Great Breakfast. Rooms are very clean. Hotel was very fresh smelling and clean!

$50 non refundable is a lot for a dog. Not listed until we checked in

Friendly staff, the place smelled very good and was clean, the breakfast was great. It’s not my first time staying here and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Highly recommend

The room wasn’t cleaned properly there was dirty wash clothes still in the tub. The Ac / Heater. Made a loud roaring noise the entire time time . Etc

It was clean and cozy and it was nicely decorated lots of seating area around for people to gather or just a cozy spot for a few

We were denied a room at the property. We booked through booking.com and were told our booking and payment were non existent.

We were made to feel like i was a beggar trying to stay for free.
