Easy check in process

Definitely could have been cleaner. Little things like the top to the ice bucket. The inside of the lid was disgusting.

Location

We were unable to use the pool because loud and obnoxious noise complaints caused the pool to close early . There were no clean towels in thr hotel at all!! We also asked for soap but there was none. There was very loud and unruly quest running the hall

Staff was nice

Breakfast was disappointing. Basically toast, cereal, waffles. No yoghurt. No fresh fruit.

Bathroom and shower was clean. Bed was clean as well, just had a smell of cigarettes when it’s supposed to be no smoking.

Elevator was broken at the time we stayed there. Water damage in most of the walls and windows

The towels are tiny. The only big towel had a big hole.

Large room very modern

Hallway was filled with dirty bedding and towels in front of several doors. Chair was old and leather was peeling. walls were beat up. Elevator didn't work several times while I was there. Rowdy group of people staying on the floor i was put on.

Right off Hwy 65

Given a room occupied by someone else, ended up not getting the room we paid for, the pull out couch mattress was covered in massive pee stains, bathroom fan did not work, smoke alarm started to chirp in middle of the night and the elevator was rickety.

Only redeeming quality was the location

Advertised as having a pool, but the pool was closed. No hot water, called front desk, they said they were full and boiler couldn't keep up and try later which 100% ruined my schedule and pretty ruined much my stay.

it was a good location and the room was spacious.

This hotel is old, run down, smelly and NASTY! The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Even the young lady who checked me in was wearing a dirty stained up shirt. The odor in my room was overwhelming. The tub was so filthy and in need or repair.

This is a dated property which lacks security there are no card readers on the side entrances. the beds made a rickety sound every time I moved because the beds were so old the mattresses sat on springs. Use as a last resort.

The showers water pressure

I didnt appreciate the roaches in my thirty dollar pizza, they didnt change me rooms or refund me my money back

The bathrooms could use updating, commodes, showers.

Bath room sink was blocked with a slow drain. Not much sound insulation

The location to my destination was the best thing about the hotel .

This place needs a renovation badly, the room wasn't clean, We didn't feel safe because one of the side doors wouldn't lock anybody could walk in, without a key card, and the breakfast items they said would be available wasn't

indoor pool was closed, old hotel, smelt old, carpets old, furnishing old, tv old, needs to be restored, would like to have some of my money back actually.

Breakfast was mostly carbs. Have to ask for clean towels. Four days only changed bedding once.

Breakfast bar was lacking and unattended..front desk staff twice was not at counter, outside smoking i think.. pool was and has been broke for weeks, so really no pool as advertised.

Hotel does not clean rooms on the weekends. We were not told this at check-in and left the room expecting it to be cleaned and the towels restocked. This did not happen and staff did not want to give clean towels when we requested them.
