The hotel was very unclean and, the white towels was brown and smelly

The walls in the room were dirty, the sheets had dirt on them. Also, the towels had dirt on them. The pool is cracked with no water in it. Continental breakfast was a cup of coffee. This hotel was dirty and disgusting. This hotel was room should be a $7

I have stayed at Microtels before and I had never had a bad experience. I booked this for my daughter and grandaughter. At 1am they decided to flee and sleep at a rest stop. Dirty, roaches crawling up the walls, noise. Basically a drug hotel.

Everything was unacceptable Non smoking but entire hotel smelled of stale smoke Both beds had sheets with cigarette holes burned in them. Filthy walls, moldy bathroom, roaches on hallway floor Hotel has nightly and weekly rentals

To start. The towels and the sheets were not clean. We got ate up with bed bugs. Only stayed maybe three hours due to the bed bugs. They would not refund our money or try to help in any way.

The front desk employee was very sweet when checking in.

The hotel was dirty, I ended up with bedbug bites. Went to the dr. the following day due to the bites hurting and getting big. I will never return to this hotel.

Dirty. Floors were dirty, needed to be mopped. Bed skirts on bed was disgustingly dirty.

Room smelled like piss and there was mold. Pubic hair on the unclean wash clothes and towels.

This hotel is not the one you or family will want to stay in.It was dirty, it had permane residents

The hotel was dirty, the room had an order, guest seemed to be there through a social service department. Did not feel safe. We checked out o ce we found the room was dirty with an order and the phone did not work.

Don’t stay

It had water bugs in room and roaches. The sheets was dirty the toilet was loose stinky stuff on rug one lamp in room. Bed was uncomfortable

I paid through booking prior to my stay. Once I got there, the lady at the front desk was very rude and asked for my car

Foul odor, dirty and wrinkled linens. Smelled like weed throughout the facility! Loud noises throughout the night! Rude staff. Front desk tried to make me pay for my room twice, luckily I was too smart to fall for it!!

A mistake

Rude front desk attendant who did not like reservation made at booking.com, expressing it loud and clear.Window in the room was broken - outer glass pane gone, moveable frame barely hanging and could not be locked.Old food fermenting in refrigerator in the room.Surfaces in the room feel sticky: furniture, telephone, TV remote. Perhaps could use cleaning once in a while.

My stay for one night was bad, the bathroom had dirty towels and soap that had been used.

The overall cleanliness and smell of the hotel.

Absolutely NOTHING

EVERYTHING, there were 2 yes 2 giant cockroaches in our room, the lobby smelled of marijuana, we got 2 rooms and the other rooms had stains all on the sheets. It was absolutely horrifying. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

It was horrible and I didn’t get but 30$ of my money back the whole place was dirty

It was a used condom under the table .. no air..and mold on the curtains… the air conditioner would not work it was hot the whole night.

The bed was comfortable. Check in process was quick and easy.

The room was not clean when I arrived. The bathroom was the worse offender with the toilet having feces splattered on it and finding a dead roach on the floor. The towels were stained and I found crumbs in various places in the room.
