- Room looked clean overall when I first came in

Cons -
- Lobby and hallway carpets were not kept clean, including first and other floors; paper and other debris was common; only first shift vacuumed.
- The pool was full of black specks and was extremely cold after I was told by the staff that it was really warm (this is why I chose this hotel instead of a cheaper one) and in the end I couldn't use the pool. There was a also a huge roach in the bathroom.

Room looked clean overall when I first came in
