OYO Hotel Daleville AL Hwy 84

I did not like anything .. This place is a dump and the owner is atrocious!!!!!!!There was blood on the comforter set and smudges on the wall.. The toilet didn¿t work and there was a crack pipe in the draw by the bed¿ The service was HORRIBLE!!!

There can turn people dream vacation or business into a nightmare. those photos are misleading

The hotel was so bad that they have me and my husband screaming, calling the police, running away and as we were not going to stepping into that hotel you don't care about people safety.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for and got what we expected for the price. Cheap and simple.. For anyone giving bad reviews, what did you expect for --- bucks? You get what you pay for.. Perfect for the price.

As i stated above, everything met my expectations for the price. Would book here again.

The man working the desk was very helpful and courteous.

forced customer to change room to another room than booked, everything is extremely bad from room to facilities and management

They were personable to my face when I checked in and then screwed me by not answering a knock, a call, a ring, or anything when I checked out. This is getting a good smily face for some reason, it shouldnt.

They told me it was a garbage motel but I prepaid and they gave me a 'discount' on my required cash only deposit. They did not adhere to any of their signs indicating operation. One said 24 hours... not accurate, one said 8am to 9pm....also inaccurate. No response to calls, knocks, doorbells between 8:05 and 8:25am. I wasnt randomly vacationing so I had to meet my commitments, therefore I had to leave so they retained my $50 cash deposit after this prepayment reservation when they should not have. The room was clean ish. There were weird stains on the towels, sheets, comforter.

The staff was rude, door of 215 wouldn’t unlock and said to try again and not to bother staff again, left door unlocked as I wouldn’t be able to open it again.Premises absolutely filthy, bathroom dirty with previous peoples excrement, urine and hairs, place smelt awful

Do not attempt to stay there my fiancé, and I came down for my daughter’s wedding that was held at the chapel so we pulled up at the hotel and the manager warned us that we didn’t want to stay there that there was drugs and prostitution and proposition my fiancé, who is a girl for sex, anyway, we got the hell out of there, I noticed I was getting my bank withdrawals of oil hotel because we made a reservation and told him to cancel it and they kept withdrawing money out of my account. I had to close my card. They need to be turned into the Better Business Bureau and the cops,if you’re not a local, I will warn you not to go there. It’s very unsafe environment. We didn’t know any better because we’re from Montgomery, And I honestly ain’t never experienced anything so uncomfortable! I hope this helps who wants to know if it’s a decent place I do not recommend staying there.

Got there and the guy said they don't take booking reservations and tried to raise the price

Was the worst hotel experience - Ever.

Everything - the property was unkempt, completely outdated. Fridge was off/lights weren't working/TV wasn't working/shower was falling apart (nozzles separated from the wall/liner)/linens were old and sheets were stained - one appeared to be a blood stain. Multiple cockroaches. With a $100 deposit and no refunds, we had to stay but this property should be knocked down and rebuilt to code.

I thought I had stumbled onto the set of an ‘80s horror movie.

The door didn’t work with the key. The lock was suspect. The screen on the window was torn which I determined was the way in and out most people used since the door didn’t work. The deadbolt was removed. All furniture had suspicious stains on it. The bathtub was stained and corroded. The toilet was partially pulled out of the wall. There were tiny bugs flying around. I wasn’t comfortable using any of the furniture. I left after 30 minutes to a hard no refund policy. The room was the worst hotel I have ever seen and it seemed dangerous. This place should be removed from booking.com and the property condemned.
