- The cost, the convenience, friendly housekeeper, and the state of the room. It was aged but an attempt had been made to upgrade. King bed was comfy, sheets were clean but they had a hole from an apparent cig burn.
- Was very quiet and not crowded Very reasonable rates

- Room was very outdated and smelled like cat urine
- Dirty would not shower turn dirty bathroom floor not clean bedding was dirty looking stains all over covers. Refrigerator hard to open then would not shut there was a light wired to the smoke detector , smoke detector kept blinking red, loud people
- Gross. Room had horrible smell. Poop on the sidewalk the whole time we were there. Trah everywhere. Plumbing didnt work as it should. Staff didnt care. Floor in front of ac was soaked to the bed. Security lock on the inside was gone.
