The house keeping staff is super clean friendly cleanest I've been in.

The extra pet fee I have stayed here since it was first opened and never paid a fee till my last stay.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast

Pool overrun with kids without parents/supervision present. Could not enjoy with our 4 year old or ourselves.

In all the times I have stayed at a Hampton Inn this was terrible. Up until now I could only say nice things about Hampton Inns (Who ever heard of a room with no phone) and that was the second room as the first room had broken shower doors.A DISAPPOINTE

The staff was professional and courteous and the breakfast was good

Furnishings were old and need to be updated. It made the rooms look dirty because of the stains and deterioration of them

It was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The only complaint I have, is that this hotel was listed as a hotel friendly for the Fishing Tournament. Most of us are getting up at 3-4 in the morning and breakfast doesn't start until 6. If there were some offerings like milk cereal etc it would great

very nice and large room. Hotel did offer free breakfast. The hotel staff was always cleaning everywhere.

It was a little tricky getting into the hotel parking lot the first time. However, after that it was not an issue.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room.

The heating and air-conditioning unit was very loud and kept waking both of us up during the night.

Its proximity to my destination in Calera. Environment was inviting and clean. Desk was very responsive to requests for help: late check-in, needed assistance with toilet (wouldn't flush).

No complaints for this visit.

Very clean. We felt secure with sanitizing done by the hotel. Each door had a sticker to indicate it had been sanitized. Desk staff very friendly.

The temperature in our room would not go below 77, so we were uncomfortable as we slept.

Location was perfect for what I was doing there

The door on the mini fridge would never stay closed, in the window area drywall was falling, but everything else was okay

No Microwaves in our Room.. They didn't have outside grills.

Our room was spacious and the hotel was quiet. The room and bathroom were nicely cleaned. The breakfast choices were great also - including smoothies for those choosing a healthier option. I would stay here again.

Very nice, very clean, well equipped with amenities, great breakfast. It should be given at least 3 stars.

Staff was very informative as well as helpful. Room was clean and well stocked with towels/blankets etc.

There is some road construction in front of the hotel, so getting in is a little tricky but that is only negative thing.

When I went to go to bed and pulled the sheets back I found a fingernail clipping and 3 hairs when I called downstairs they came up to change the sheets and took pictures of it but when I checked out they never apologized for it.

Room ready when we arrived early. Great location with restaurants nearby. Room clean and well kept

The staff was the best part! The gentleman that checked us in was friendly, fast, and asked if we needed dinner ideas.iRoom wasn't super updated but it was clean and comfortable, breakfast was well stocked and what you would expect at this type of hotel

I could see the hotel from the street but wasn't sure where to turn at first. Wish they had a sign on the end of the drive.

Exercise room was too hot for exercising and tv remote doesn’t work the way it should
