Hotel Brewton

The front desk had no access to Internet and no way to confirm my booking there was holes in the walls cockroaches everywhere shelves were hanging off of the hinges it was absolutely disgusting there was no toilet paper there was no towels.

I couldn't even lay down or take a shower the Days inn sign was hanging on the wall of the hotel so it was very hard to find cuz the sign that was for the hotel was incorrect this place should be closed down

Hotel was ok. Staff were awesome. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She just finished cleaning my room and it was spotless. Rooms are a bit dated and in need of a makeover though.

Arrived to check in and clerk said she did not have a room for us. She had given it away. I had received confirmation my room was secured and she gave no solution for me and my child.

The room was surprisingly more clean and neat then I expected.

I expected the double bed room to have a small round table so you can eat on it. The hotel did not provide soap or shampoo to shower with so be sure to bring your own.

the price was low and they were had vacancy

the area was full of people who were loud and sketchy. The room was run down and falling apart. The cable box, smoke detector, refrigerator, and other items were missing. The walls were dirty, bathroom was horrible, and it was not worth staying at.

Fairly quiet location for a Friday stay.

Broken door mechanism required staff assistance. No coffee in lobby or room. Toilet not flushing properly. Burn holes in bedspread. No carpet on floors making them slippery. Slippery bathtub made it difficult to shower safely. No place to hang clothing.

The bed was clean

It was very run down and looked like they can do much better. The area smelled like a sewer

Did not actually stay at this hotel -they had no rooms left even though we made reservations ten days in advance. Poor clerk was frazzled trying to take of many unhappy customers. Also found out they have no maintenance personnel.

Close to eatery places and my work job site

No maid service,had to get room key reprogrammed DAILY,had to clean tub my self DAILY,had to turn tv on by hand & adjust volume by hand....the outlets in the room was broken,to turn off the lights to the lamps you had to unscrew the bulbs,HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

No WiFi, got double billed, the room was clean But overall the place is a dump

The staff was great, very friendly

They didn't have any towels until the next morning, and we only had the choice of 2 rooms which consistsd of 1 with a loud ac or 1 with a hole in the bathroom over the shower

The room was dingy. Floor was broken, lights did not work, only 1 towel and washcloth. Shower curtain did not even cover the tub.

The only thing about this was the location and the only reason we stayed there was because my car had to go in to get fixed and it wat close the the shop if not for that we would not have stayed there and probably won't ever stay there again,!

No ice no breakfast no tv roaches in one room bc we had to relocate twice! very clean u walk on floor feet are black some of staff ok but one was a tb&$(h! Only thing had going was location and price and for what we got it was not even worth the price

It was convenient to the location I needed to be, it was clean, and I slept very comfortable great for the price.

This was by far the dirtiest, most unfriendly, and disappointing 2.5 star hotel I've stayed at. There wasnt breakfast as advertised, I asked for an additional blanket and wad offered a mattress cover, our linens were not changed... not enough room to writ

The night clerk was very sweet and because there were no hangers in the room, she got one from her car so I could at least hang up one of my shirts.

There was no phone in the room, no plug in the sink, no hangers and most importantly, no working smoke dector. Also the paint on the door to the room had half the paint peelibg off and the glass on the lobby door was cracked from top to bottom. Trashy!

The hotel is not open n this is a bad n has no accessible rooms at all
