- TV DID NOT WORK HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS SERVICE POOR
- Couldn't check in on time because the rooms weren't prepared. Also, the TV box in the room didn't work, so couldn't watch the TV without constantly resetting it.
- There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the bathroom and there were no bath towels in the room.
