Pros +
- It was convenient to where I had to go
- Close to the airport, complementary airport shuttle, comfy beds
- The staff and everyone we encountered in the hotel was very pleasant and pretty much everyone looked you in the eye and said "hello", "good morning".
Cons -
- The outside area was pretty small for large party check ins. Also, my family spent a lot of time in the hospitality area and the concrete slabs were wobbly. I broke the heel of my shoe between one of the slabs that lifted. We used a table to warn others.
- The airport shuttle did not have enough departure times and I had to leave much earlier for the airport than I would have liked. One side of the dual coffee maker was broken. The complementary water dispensers in the lobby were empty.
- They do not have a continental breakfast. They do charge you to park at their hotel, which I have never heard of for a guest. The hotel is very outdated and needs renovation. There aren't an exhaust fans in the bathroom.
