Pros +

The people were amazing. The hotel room was great and allowed us the comforts of home. The courtyard was an exceptional experience.
The customer service and the amenities. Room was very nice too

Cons -

It is a new facility and could use some things, but that's a part of establishing the facility. If helpful, there should be a broom and cleaning supplies in every room. Since these are apartment type rooms, the residents should have a way to clean up.
Housekeeping doesn't come unless you're staying for a week and even then they don't come to clean.
